Three full flights started on Alam Nine, with very soggy fairways and difficult greens, crossing over to the President Nine, with much better fairways but very slow greens, costing everyone many strokes. The weather was very humid and hot. Lim Hong played his third game leaving only two more games to reach paradise. Today’s winner was Jan van Driel with 36 points, the second was Martin Middleton with 35 and Ricardo closed the podium with 34 points. With these results, in the January competition standings, Iain Wise, Ricardo Castro, and Jan van Driel all with 72 points, but Iain has some advantage because for now, he scored the highest number of the two best 2 games. After over a year, Bipan Kapur finally joined us and we were happy to see him again. Next week I will be out of town, Jan will organize the game at Bkt Unggul.
