Because of the Chinese New Year festivities, the game had to be played on Friday at the ever hated Bkt Jalil golf course. Two full flights started on hole # 10 and we finished the round in 4:30 minutes, even the first four holes was quite slow. The weather was hot, dry with a nice sunshine and beautiful blue sky. The course was in good condition, except for the sandy greens, making the number of puts rocket, but it was an enjoyably morning of golf. We welcomed Alistair Sim for is first game with us and he got a nice LC sleeve of balls as a welcome gift. Clive Gordon was the winner with a nice 89 for 36 points, second was our guest Alistair Sim also with a nice 81 for 35 points, and in third place was Steve Collins with a solid 97 for 34 points. With these results Fritz still leading the monthly competition with 73 points, followed by Bernhard with 67 and in third place Steve with 65, so all open to the final game at Bangi. After the game, seven of us, we had a nice lunch at Icon Kitchen restaurant, well suggested by Clive. Happy Chinese New Year and see you guys at Bangi.
