Cannon’s,

The first game of September was at Bangi. We teed off nice in time (the earlier the better) with three full flights. We played Bangi first and Kajang, both courses in a good shape, also because of the lack of rain. The greens were a bit variable, but good playable.

Weather wise, it was a bit strange. On some holes it was difficult to follow the ball, because of the haze, and other holes were better again.

Anyway, very good scores today, as you would expect on Bangi, a relatively easy course.

We had a very good and copious lunch at East of Highway, very generously paid for by Hans, who celebrated his 6 years after his stroke. Hans, Thanks very much and it is great that you are still strong enough to play with us !!!

We welcomed Markus, who has been away for more than 4 months, and we handed him his prize for last year’s competition.
We also celebrated Reinli’s championship of last month, well done Reinli!!

The scores of today were very good with the lowest score of 30 points, and the highest today, the real champion was Fritz with 39 Stable-ford points, a round of 90 strokes!!

Next week we’ll play Bukit Jalil, for some of us a difficult course, but come on guys, let’s try again…….
