CANNON’S,

The first game of April was held at A Famosa Golf Course. We all started before 8:00 am first on the Rocky course followed by the Crocodile course, with good weather, great course condition, and very nice greens even though most of them difficult to read the speed. Even with the problem of finding a restaurant with beer, we have to play at least 2 times a year Famosa, which I think is worth it (talking about golf only). The winner today was Fritz Katzengruber with a nice 93 for 38 points, followed by Roland Steiner and another Austrian Siegmund Maierbrugger, booth with 33 points, and in third was Markus Nijmeijer with a reasonable 119 for 32 points. Markus its been improving his hdc week after week, well done. Josef Winter received his deserved prize for the March champion with 76 points. Our birthday Boy Erol Akinci didn’t finish the game, rushing back to KL, so the celebration had to be postponed to the next opportunity. We stayed for lunch at the Club House, with some confusion ordering the food and Iain left for KL to have a cool beer somewhere. Guys we need to enjoy life in a relaxing way, accepting the simple little things, and is not because one time we don’t have beer available that the world going to collapse around us, please just appreciate the moment you are having and how lucky we are to have this life, drive somewhere and play golf. Enjoy these as much as you can these gifts with happiness and friendship, because one day all these moments will be finished for different reasons and then you will regret it, and it will be too late.
